Order and Shipping Terms
Placing an Order
Any robot or other automatic device or software connected to the services is prohibited. If we reasonably determine that any order or attempted order was made by or through use of any robot or other automatic device or software, we have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to deny or cancel any such order, to refuse to accept any returns or offer refunds.
All orders on special drop products, including collaboration items and socks, are final sale as is.
Once an order has been placed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified or canceled.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax where applicable, delivery costs, or duties, all of which you agree to pay upon ordering.
Shipping Rates are non-refundable.
International Orders
For orders below $300, a $40 shipping cost will be added at checkout. For orders above $300, shipping is free. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Special Collaboration orders incur a $40 fixed shipping fee. Special Collaboration Items shipping rates are subject to change and are not fixed.
All international orders may be subject to sales tax, import duties, and customs charges at the receiver’s expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country’s local customs authority. For further information on this subject, please consult your local customs office.
beginner’s luck is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from your refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival.
Payment
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). All payment information is transferred from your computer to our servers using a secure, encrypted protocol. As part of our ongoing efforts to combat credit card fraud, we may require additional identification verification for international and/or large orders.
Order Status
You will receive a shipping confirmation email, containing a tracking number, once your order has shipped.
Shipping Policy
Shipping and Delivery Information
Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
Processing times may increase during holidays and other peak times.
To protect our customers, we are unable to change the shipping address provided at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment’s tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.
Shipping Rates are non-refundable.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Failed Delivery or Returned to Sender
If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to us at your expense.
If you are absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be returned to us at your expense.
For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to us at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.
Damaged/Opened Box
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Standard Return Policy
All returns must be submitted within 14 business days of receiving your item(s).
To be eligible for return, all items must be returned in their original packaging, clean, unworn and in sale-able condition.
The item must be new, not worn, unaltered and free of any odours or fragrances.
If an item does not meet this criteria, it will be denied and sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
All Special Collaboration Items are final sale, no exceptions.
Socks are final sale, no exceptions.
A $15 fee will be applied to all returns.
Return Instructions - For international Orders
All international returns must be shipped back to beginner’s luck at the customer’s expense.
For items eligible for return, please submit a request at info@beginnersluckcenter.com within 14 business days of receiving the item(s) for return instructions.
Refunds
You will receive an email notification once we have issued your refund.
Once we issue your refund, please allow 10-14 business days for this to appear in your bank statement.
All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
